Wedimak Merchant Commission Agreement

1. Commission Rate: A standard commission of 10% will be charged on each successful booking made through the Wedimak platform.

2. Tax: An additional platform service tax of 2.5% applies as per government regulations.

3. Payment Schedule: Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account after deducting the applicable commission and tax.

4. Rate Negotiation: Commission rates may be adjusted based on volume, performance, and mutual agreement. Contact our team for custom rates.

5. Service Standards: Merchants must maintain quality service standards. Repeated complaints may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation: Cancellation policies are subject to individual booking terms. Refunds will be processed as per Wedimak refund policy.

7. Data Privacy: Merchant and customer data is handled as per our privacy policy and Sri Lankan data protection laws.

8. Account Suspension: Wedimak reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate terms of service.

9. Modifications: Terms may be updated with 30-day notice via email.
